This is a great place for small business owners or someone just starting out and wanting to build their business (without much overhead expenses). I signed a lease October 2012 and I love my new office. I rent on an hourly basis (for now) and it is a good deal for someone just starting out. The office comes fully furnished (nice decor and colors). There is a kitchen, bathroom and access to internet, copying and faxing. There is parking in the back or side streets. They even have personal mailboxes for all your business related mail. The office is centrally located (Old Town Orange). We are walking distance to Chapman University and many eateries in the Old Town area. What I love most about having my office is the professional atmosphere. It is peaceful. One can get a lot work done here:) I plan on building my business here and staying as long as I can.
