One of the requirements some insurance panels place on therapist is they must have a formal Place of Practice address. Bauer Properties offers a Place of Practice Office Rentals where tenants have a formal mailing address and mail cubby to assist with this requirement.
This rental option allows Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join insurance panels and have the flexibility to see their patients remotely. Since therapists are only seeing patients remotely, liability insurance is not required.
If therapists decide they would like to begin seeing patients in-person, this rental option can easily be converted to one of our other popular rental option. Liability insurance will be required when therapists begin seeing patients in-person.

The Bauer Properties Address Rental Lease option has a 12-month term with a 90-day notice of termination.
A security deposit is required in the amount of one (1) months' rent or $200.00, whichever is greater.
