Bauer Properties offers a Place of Practice Office Rentals where tenants have a formal mailing address and mail cubby to assist with this requirement.
This rental option allows Licensed Therapists to join insurance panels and have the flexibility to see their patients remotely. Since therapists are only seeing patients remotely, liability insurance is Not required, which is an additional cost savings.
If therapists decide they would like to begin seeing patients in-person, this rental option can easily be converted to one of our other popular rental option. Liability insurance will be required when therapists begin seeing patients in-person.

The cost for the Place of Practice | Telehealth Address Rental is $75.00 per month. The term of the lease is 24-months with a 90-day notice of termination. An additional cost savings with this rental type is on-site liability insurance is Not required.
A security deposit is required in the amount of $200.00.
