Reliable Cleaning Services
Since 2002, Bauer Properties has cleaned the property extensively using Lysol disinfecting cleaning products, which has been shown to protect from the flu and other viruses. From news reports, this approach has proved to be effective for the COVID-19 virus as well.
The cleaning staff cleans all surfaces, door frames, door handles, flooring surfaces, and bathroom surfaces with disinfecting cleaners and sprays.
We are asking all tenant to do the following when they use the Bauer Properties Offices:
After using the office: 1. Remove all trash from the office used, and place in the kitchen or outdoor porch trash can. If the trash can is full in the kitchen or on the porch, please feel free to dispose of it in the trash bin located in the parking lot near the back door. 2. Wipe all surfaces you or your clients may have been in contact with using the cleaning products supplied by Bauer Properties. 3. Return all items such as pillows, blankets, and chairs to their designated places. 4. Turn off lights, clean air machines, sound machines, and air conditioning/heating unit (Suite E only).
Kitchen and Microwave Areas: 1. Please us the Lysol cleaning products located in the kitchen, to wipe all surfaces after use. 2. If the trash can is full in the kitchen, please feel free to dispose of it in the trash bin located in the parking lot near the back door.
Additional Supplies: 1. If the cleaning products are for some reason not available, please email accounting@bauerproperties.com to let our staff know. 2. We encourage all tenants to assist with virus prevention efforts, so if you would like to bring in additional hand sanitizer or cleaning products feel free to do so.
Office Amiss: 1. If the office has been left amiss, please email accounting@bauerproperties.com to let our staff know.
Face Masks are optional in all areas of our building and porch.
We encourage those who have been exposed to COVID-19; who are not feeling well; or who are recovering from a virus to wear a Face Masks.
Please always be courteous to all tenants and their clients whether they choose to wear a mask or not.
It would not be possible for Bauer Properties to clean after every tenant's use without adding the expense of employing a full-time cleaning person. This would result in increased operating costs and force Bauer Properties to raise rental rates. Therefore, we ask for all of our tenants assistance.
We ask all our tenants to keep the offices free from COVID-19, the Flu, and other viruses.
We greatly appreciate all that our tenants do to help our office stay safe.
During the pandemic, toilet paper, paper towels, and Lysol products were in high demand; therefore, Bauer Properties was forced to place these products under lock and key for use by the cleaning and property management staff.

Bauer Properties asks that all tenants bring their own hand-sanitizers for their and their clients use.
