Bauer Properties was a great place for me to start my private practice. Clients often complimented the décor of the office spaces and lobby that created a cozy comfortable environment. Bauer Properties have also set up an easy to use system to reserve office space and only pay for the space as needed. The location of the office was easy to find for clients and accessed easily from the freeway. It was an amazing place to start my small business without the stress of having a high rent without steady clients. I definitely feel using this space allowed me to grow my practice at my pace.

Bauer Properties on Glassell is a great place to rent office space from. The offices are clean, professional, and inviting. It's a great place to see clients and my client's always comment on how nice it is. The property owners Jeanie and Jerry are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting space from them.

I just LOVE having an office here! The building is adorable and the location is so close to the circle; it has a full kitchen, bathroom and parking lot. The acoustics are great, offices are quiet, it really is a great place for small business owners.

This is a great place for small business owners or someone just starting out and wanting to build their business (without much overhead expenses). I signed a lease October 2012 and I love my new office. I rent on an hourly basis (for now) and it is a good deal for someone just starting out. The office comes fully furnished (nice decor and colors). There is a kitchen, bathroom and access to internet, copying and faxing. There is parking in the back or side streets. They even have personal mailboxes for all your business related mail. The office is centrally located (Old Town Orange). We are walking distance to Chapman University and many eateries in the Old Town area. What I love most about having my office is the professional atmosphere. It is peaceful. One can get a lot work done here:) I plan on building my business here and staying as long as I can.
